Job Title: Project Coordinator

SMC is looking for a Project Coordinator to join the Statutory Inspection team due to continued growth in the field.
Role Overview:
Responsible for general administrative support of the statutory inspection department. Assisting department manager in planning, mobilising execution, and demobilising of statutory inspection work scopes. Maintaining technician’s competence in line with industry, client, project, and company requirements. Aiding in the design and implementation of quality control systems around project reporting working with internal software.
The role requires the coordinator to assist in the implementation of department and project Quality/HSE policies whereby weekly/monthly reports will be produced using tools such as MS Office. Aiding in the production of departmental procedures and documentation in line with company document control system.
Possibility that some offshore working may be required to help with personal/project/ department development.
Please note this position is based within the core office team, on an employed basis. You will be required in the SMC office in Hunmanby, Monday to Friday.
