OEG Energy Group Limited (“OEG”, the “Group”), a leading offshore solutions business, announces the appointment of Arran Mackenzie as its new General Counsel.
In the role of General Counsel, Arran will sit on the Group executive committee and advise the business globally on all legal, M&A, risk, compliance and corporate governance matters as OEG continues to pursue its ambitious growth and diversification strategy.
Arran has more than 19 years of corporate finance experience in the energy sector with a particular focus on M&A and private equity investments. She joins OEG from Addleshaw Goddard LLP where she was a Partner, and prior to that spent over 17 years working at Burness Paull LLP. She has been recognised as a "Rising Star" and “Next Generation Partner” in the Legal 500 for several years running.
